Lid Placer Modification

Bucket Denester Variable Scroll

Maverick automation has developed a variable scroll system capable of adjusting the pitch between an upper and lower scroll blade to suit buckets with different spacing gaps.

High Volume Denester Magazines

Following requests by one of our customers we have developed self arresting scrolling blade type denester, this machine will continually arrest the weight of a 1.8m vertical stack of trays allowing the scroll blades to act on the lowest tray with the same force regardless of magazine volume.
